Looking for a paradise Welcome to Australia

After spending a wonderful month for kiwi land, we came to Australia and more specifically Sydney. In this city all the world wonders has spoken to us, not by the amount of things to see but by the "wave" you breathe ... very cosmopolitan and very relaxed. In this technique visit one day we could not enjoy it much but how do we return there in order to have time to savor anho quietly.

For now the thing we are most strongly call attention to the city is the number of bats prowling their parks ... are not the pequenhitos nooooo ... are a bug peazo we tamanho Batman .... that revolotenado around the cathedral gave a gloomy aspect to the city or Gotham City.

Pequenho inpass After that flew into the center of Australia ... to Uluru to see one of the symbols of this country. A tremendous Pedrolo among the most ... when flying over endless plains, before landing, we were amazed at the kind of package that came to earth ... what more impressed from the sky was the dark red color of the sand. In contrast, on land, the most impressive was the scorching heat, a slap to the style out of plane in Madrid June but in the desert.

dawn a lot to see the sunrise over Uluru but finally we had some bad luck and the day was cloudy so we did not see the color changes promised ... Oooohhh. We take the early start for a walk around the whole rock ... a three hour walk in which they thanked the sun did not shine with more heat would be unbearable. Other than that we had to deal with a super-heavy flies, you can see in my forehead resting on the mochi and Martha.

The following dates are still trying actively and passively watch the changing colors of Uluru but with the same fate had another prize instead perhaps equally or more spectacular ... We fell above the flood, and water on these red rocks that seem to form a Regatillo .... let that precious milk. Caught us dinner the same storm in our hotel ... As I was not disenhado for that (the common parts were outdoors), people rarely swims.

Uluru itself is sacred to the aborigines of the area and ask you why not climb to the top of the rock. Incredibly, we were told that forbade the rise since 70% of the penha to visit the national park that makes for ascension. Therefore, even though for them is sacred, the injection of money involving visits to the park is so important that they prefer to swallow toads and snakes and just ask please, in several languages, that people do not climb Uluru. In the picture you can see that he could not climb but for reasons of weather.

Not far from there are red rock formations that have shaped head called Kata Tjuta. Rocks are bigger than Uluru and more whimsical shapes, we like more. We stick another bugle call at 04:00 to see the sun, and this time if we saw a dawn of emerging in the Lonely Planet videos .... without words.

Then we took a walk through the rocks, the truth, it was more bearable than Uluru, to be more varied, with fewer people, ups and downs .. . and fewer flies. From 10:00 in the manhana sometimes cut the road because they can reach temperatures of 50 degrees. Besides we were lucky to see a couple of kangaroos pequenhitos (Wallabies call them) eating the bushes and looking just as curious as we to them, until we go too far and chimpanzees were studs.

From Uluru flew to Cairns in northern Australia's east coast. It is a city with many tourist activities to offer and very canhera reputation as a nightlife. We were in a hostel but little calm but there was a super-known that riding a MEGAPARTY outdated: wet t-shirt parties, djs sessions in Ibiza plan, poker games ... I was going to the bars of students wanting to binge. .. there was Javier with whom we met, you know that is a party animal!

As we had been wanting to explore the world a little Aboriginal Uluru, but decided not to postpone it and we went to Tjapukai. It is a cultural center project incurs super explanatory videos on beliefs and myths of the aborigines of the region (the differences between the aborigines from different parts of Australia are huge and share a few common traits).

will also explain your diet, make fire and perform traditional dances and play traditional instruments like the Didgeridoo you can see in the picture of the three ... the one who got it more or less ... Martinha! . Finally they let you do a little ridiculous throwing the boomerang (photo by Marta) and a kind of spears with they hunt kangaroos ... I stayed superorgulloso because almost give to one (look at the spear to the right of kangaroo ... uuuuyyyyyy).

Our main reason for going to Cairns was snorkeling, because just two hours away is the Great Barrier Reef coral. " Marta had two baptisms (if quee me salio mu believer), I did three dives with Judith Catalan girl we met on board. It was shocking to see that so many miles from the sea coast had a couple of yards short of depth.

corals are beautiful and very large, are full of marine life we enjoy very much. We saw two sharks and a giant oysters pequenhitos that moved when I felt something close ... increiiiible. Marta loves diving and now wants to pull out the course to be able to go a little more to his ball. She saw clownfish Nemo ... the movie ... super-currinho. The Guide to Senhal Senhal the thumb was placed in the nose and make fun of the typical trumpet ... laughter.

We are expecting to receive some sub-aquatic photos of our two dives but surely not wait to publish. You'll have to imaginaroslo ... magnificent! Meanwhile, to mouth, here we are at the two dressed in the costumes of superheroes that gave you dive ... nothing more flattering that a tight tights ... or not?. As the water was about 28 degrees did not need any neoprene ... a little broth, but to dive in and out of the area was great.

now begin to go down south, visiting beaches and taking cervezotas ... the first impression is that this is similar to Brazil but petado of students are crazy about a good party ... must continue to roll, if we can .. . :)

Kisses to all. Juan and Marta
