This is the slogan (meaning Welcome to Japan) of the Japanese tourist office, which we are planning to request funding for the free publicity we're going to do with you regarding this post ... pediriais? proposals are supported:) Well let's not bullshit and get to the point that much ... after the initial shock of Metropolitan Tokyo, the second week leave to visit the most traditional Japanese and it did, of Kyoto. We stayed in a hostel "K's Backpackers house ", which personally I love and recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a few days over there, you roll mole hostel.
Kyoto is a city of temples. I think it has more than 1000, which saw only a selection Pequenho. A few days went by bike, others on foot, others by bus ... rain, snow and one day of Soleto. toured Kyoto with a great final taste "sushi" light ("Chuchiii" was our battle cry in spite of the sisters Alonso). Below you have in order: the Kyomizu-dera Temple, Nijo-jo Castle, Kinkaku-ji (Golden Pavilion) and the Imperial Palace.
Ryoan-ji, a Zen garden that we visited and grayish consists of 15 stones arranged on a bed of white pebbles ... they say its willingness and spirit can be drawn endless ensenhanzas?? I was half surprised at the number of visitors and time spent in contemplation of the "garden", when suddenly began to find various animals hidden in the rocks ... at least 4 ensenhanzas we get, and atmosphere of the place is quite inviting curious reflection.
are not any temples or meditation, and we're not all saints, so too we have a walk for "Gion", which is known as the geisha district. It is a swarm of ancient streets where these women reside, the truth is that it is difficult to see them, I think the best option is to go when you see a taxi stand in the middle of the street waiting for ... or at least that's what we did with success. Straight out of a movie in all its complexity and paraphernalia, wearing kimonos and totally spectacular white makeup and pampering.
take this picture the castle in which Dani and I are very good accompaniment, to insist on a curiosity in this country that we've commented here are of the most exotic and people love to take pictures with us ... no doubt the winner of the trip Araujo was raged between the Asian at the height of the turkey. Some theories point to its similarity with Raul as one of the reasons for its success.
Another curiosity a little more eschatological are banhos this penha. They are amazing, you have more buttons than a command of the play to liven up your stay. From the sound of tank button for ... I guess you have to imagine, to all kinds of dashes cleaners pressure regulator .... here we go that Cela was going to go pirate.
Leaving
Kyoto in search of one of the saddest episodes of recent world history ... in Hiroshima. We visited the Peace Memorial Park and Museum, which I liked even though it is chilling and leave a heavy heart ... but is the truth and we must be aware of this and try to keep that memory in mind not to repeat such atrocity in the future. Personally I think the museum has a fairly neutral about the causes of nuclear launch. Down in the photo at right, you have a picture with the monument "cenotaph." There are written the names of more than 200,000 people died because of the nuclear explosion and subsequent radiation effects. Behind, a flame that will remain lit as long as nuclear weapons exist in the world, and as the grim backdrop dome as a last vestige of Hiroshima in 1945.
We take the journey to get closer to Miyajima island is very close and has a temple surrounded by a wonderful natural environment. Our lucky stars we did agree on the boat with Nobuko, a tourist guide starting a new tourism plan for the area (if not the first time to seriously as much the second and only done on Fridays ... esaa flower that is missing).
At first we were a bit overwhelmed with it, but as it turned wonderful experience. With explanations on Shintoism, a typical tea ceremony and a little Zen meditation .. but with how cold it was and as we were descalcitos think it was a little more ascetic.
More curious ... and I left many in the ink, electronic stores as "Bic Camera" ... to say! is like a vegetable market by storm with kids with megaphone and all ... the sound is pretty nasty and I recommend if you go infinite patience because English is spoken here but very little ... to say nothing. If pillais one who speaks English decently, tied up on as a straw.
One point in favor of this country is its extensive bullet train network to meet the schedule with amazing punctuality and allow you to move around the country to the whole milk. Do not you realize how fast until they pass a station while waiting in disbelief ....!
we reiterate our sincere thanks to Amos-ete, Rachel and Abi for their welcome and guided our tour Japan. We said goodbye with a big kiss Patri, Dani y Araujo, our three companheros travel in the empire of the sun. Back in Tokyo we take a nice sunny day to make a panoramic photo from one of the many towers of the city. Indeed, the triangle in the middle of the horizon in the photo the right is Mount Fuji again.
The culinary theme ... we are talking about the king ... the chuchiiii, spectacular you look at it look, at a price of laughter in spanish and a standard extraordinary freshness and flavor. We became fans of a sushi-train located in the heart of Kyoto where we saw a couple of tributes. We ended up embarrassing susheros teachers with a round of applause greeted the end and they timid from the sidelines. New curiosity, cap with beer in the bars they put beans! surprisingly, I really liked.
Kisses and from India, you can not even imagine how far we are and these days with banhos to control play, here to there cup ... phenomenal. This is very intense ... but that's another story.
